3/4 cup warm (not hot) water,
2 1/2 cups Pioneer Biscuit Mix - original or buttermilk,
1 package yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add biscuit mix and mix well. Knead for 1 minute (until smooth) on wax paper dusted with flour from mix. Shape into rolls. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Spray top of rolls lightly with Pam cooking spray. Cover with damp cloth and let rise in warm place for 1 hour. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
