- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 ˝ cup Italian bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- ˝ cup warm water
- 1 package dried onion soup mix

Directions:

Mix together until all ingredients are mixed within the ground beef. Put into a loaf pan and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

–If desired, you can also add a bit of garlic and 1-2 splashes of worchestershire sauce. I also like to put 2-3 slices of bacon on top of the loaf before cooking.
