5 lbs. of Idaho potatoes,
10 boiled eggs
1 small bunch green onions,
1 Vidalia onion
3 tsp. of celery seed

DRESSING:
2 cups Miracle Whip (approx.)
3 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 cup white sugar or sugar substitute
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. cool water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut in half. Boil in a large pot of salted water until tender. Remove potatoes from water; cool on plates. Peel and grate boiled eggs. Finely chop green and Vidalia onions. Chop cooled potatoes in bite-sized chunks. Combine eggs, onions, celery seed, cooled potatoes and prepared dressing in large bowl. Mix well, refrigerate & enjoy!
