1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 T. garlic powder or garlic salt
1/4 c. butter
3 T. flour
1 T. chili powder
2 cans tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onions & bell peppers in butter. Add flour until well blended and then add tomatoes. Add other dry ingredients. Add shrimp and simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Serve or a bed of rice.
