1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced into 1/4" pieces
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/4 C.water
1-28 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
2 c. fine egg noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground chuck and drain of excess grease. Put the meat, onion. celery, tomatoes,water and seasonings in your slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. About 20 minutes before serving add the vegetables and nookles to thesoup. Mix well. Increase the setting to high and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetabls are tender and the noodles are done.
