1 lb. box Kraft or Velveeta Cheese
1/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) jar chopped pimiento with juice
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cheese and milk until blended. Add vinegar, sugar, pimiento and egg. Cook until slightly thick, about 15 or 20 minutes, continually stirring. Remove from heat and add mayonnaise. This makes about 1 quart and will keep indefinitely in airtight container in the refrigerator.
