1 1/2 cups bran cereal (100% bran),
1 1/8 cup milk,
2 eggs or 3 egg whites,
1/3 cup oil,
1 1/2 cups flour,
4 teaspoons baking powder,
dash of salt,
1/3 cup sugar,
3/4 cup blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bran cereal and milk. Let stand until most of the milk is absorbed. Add egg and oil and mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir in blueberries. Add this to bran mixture stirring only until combined. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
