1 lb. BBQ Pork (Your own,or a tub that you purchase)
1 pkg. Boritto size Tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fill tortillas with 1-2 tbsp. of BBQ. wrap tightly and place (seam down) in a glass baking dish.
Once the dish is full of wrapped BBQ, drizzle 1 can of enchilada sauce over top then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Let cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.

Top individual servings with Lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream, etc...
