1/4 c. loosely packed fresh mint
3 packets Splenda
1-1/4 lb. blackberries (or mix half with raspberries)
3 firm, ripe Colorado(!) peaches halved, peeled, pitted and sliced into small wedges
1/2 lb. seedless grapes, halved (1-1/2 c.)
Couple drops of lemon juice, if desired

Pulse mint and Splenda in food processor or blender until finely ground. If needed can add a little lemon juice for moisture. Sprinkle mint/Splenda mixture over fruit in large bowl and toss gently to combine. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
