1/2 c Wasabi peas finely crushed
1/2 c ritz crackers finely crushed

Mayo to coat fish

fish filets Mahi mahi

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and pat dry filets.brush both sides of the fish (salmon mahi/mahi) with Mayo

heavily coat with combined crumbs.

Bake 30 minutes at 400
OR large flat-bottomed nonstick skillet, heat EVOO to medium, add butten and when it foams, place the fillets peaside down in the skillet and cook until the pea crust becomes crisp and starts to brown lightly, about 4 minutes. Turn and continue to cook until the fillets are medium rare; about 4 minutes.
serve with Avacado Corn Relish
