1 can (14-19 oz.) fat free refried black or pinto beans
1 c. fat free sour cream
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 jalapeno chile pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F. In a large bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes (with juice), sour cream, jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper. Pour into 1 qt. baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Good with toasted pita chips. Healthy too!
