11/2 lb chop suey meat( veal and pork)
1 c onion,chopped
1 c celery,chopped
3 T soy sauce
2 c boiling water
2 (16 oz) cans bean sprouts
chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chop suey meat. After meat has browned place in a 3 qt kettle, add soy sauce to meat. Add marg to fry pan and saute celery, and onions together. Add to meat, and add 2 c boiling water. Cover and simmer about 1 hr and 15 mins. Thicken with flour and water mixture. Drain bean sprouts and add to chop suey. Just bring to a boil. Serve with chow mein noodles.
