Ingredients:  
1 c celery
1 c onion
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning or sage
4 T butter
1/2 tsp salt
dash white pepper
dash celery salt
l cup chicken broth or 1 c water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes. If you use bouillon don't add 1/2 tsp salt.
4 c bread or 4 c plain croutons.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onions in butter. Add sage and other seasonings. Cook about 5 mins. Add 1 cup broth. Add the mixture to bread. Either stuff in turkey or chicken or bake in a casserole dish.
