2 - 3 branches broccoli
1 medium red onion
1 medium green pepper
6 slices cooked, crunched-up bacon
1/4 lb. shredded cheese

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together chopped broccoli, onion, pepper, bacon and cheese. Set aside.

In sauce pan mix water and flour to a smooth texture, add sugar. Bring to boil. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir until gel-like. Cool. Add mustard and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli mixture.
