4 servings packaged instant mashed potatoes 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
Prepare potatoes. Heat sour cream (don't boil). Add mustard, salt, and sugar; stir to blend. Mix into hot potatoes. Immediately place mixture and potatoes into casserole dish and bake at 350º F. for about 10 minutes.
