2 boxes frozen spinach, frozen
1/2 onion chopped fine
1 clove garlic
2 sticks butter
1 3/4 c bread crumbs
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp accent
3 eggs, beaten
12 thick tomato slices

Drain spinach and add all the remaining ingredients except the tomato. Mix well and place on top of tomato slices. Bake until hot and bubbly
