1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
1 large head lettuce, shredded
1 choped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
3 sliced celery stalks
2 1/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/2 c. grated cheddar or parmesan cheese
6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 lb. bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In container, layer frozen peas, lettuce, pepper, onion, and celery. End with lettuce layer. Cover top with mayonnaise, making sure to seal edge to edge. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss to serve along with the eggs and bacon.
