Spread - This spread is used for all sandwiches

1/4 lb. (1 stick) softened butter
2 T. Heavy Cream
1 t. lemon juice
1/2 t. dry mustard
Mix thoroughly, spread on both sides of bread.

Curry Chicken

Shredded cooked chicken
mayonnaise
curry powder
crushed almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cooked chicken, add enough mayonnaise
to hold together, add curry powder to taste, add
crushed almonds. Spread thinly on bread to make
finger sandwiches. Cut in different shapes.
