1# 21/2 can sauerkraut
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced green peppers
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain sauerkraut, rinse in cold water, drain again
Mix all ingredients; refrigerate at least 24 hrs. before serving,
Yield: 8 servings
