Baked Fish-Lapu Lapu Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lb. Lapu Lapu
1/3 c. calamari juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 big cans tomato sauce
1 red pepper
1 medium onion
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. cheese

Directions:
Mix calamari juice, salt and pepper. Pour over fish. Let stand 15 minutes. Roll fish in bread crumbs. Place on baking pan. Pour some of crumbs over fish. Mix together tomato juice and oil. Pour over fish. Arrange on top of onion slices, red peppers and grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
