1 c butter or margarine
1 c vegetable shortening
1 c sugar
1 c packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 c IGA Quick Oats
1 1/2 c Raisin Bran cereal

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking sheet. Cream butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Blend thoroughly. Stir in Oats and Raisin Bran. Drop by level tbsp 2 inches apart onto baking sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Let cool 1 minute before removing from baking sheet.

Oats and raisin bran are a great combination! These are good. Bobby really liked these. IGA was a grocery chain in Montana, but any Quick Oats would work in this
