5 lbs potatoes (9 large)
8 oz low fat cream cheese
1 c fat free sour cream
2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and mash potatoes. Add all ingredients, except butter, and combine. Put into large greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350'F. For 30 minutes. If making ahead, cover and refriderate or freeze. Thaw before baking.
