1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 portobello mushroom, thickly sliced
2 tbsp thick teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp white wine or vermouth
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil, saute garlic and mushroom slices for 5 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce, lemon juice and wine. Continue to cook, stirring until mushrooms soak up the liquid. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
