3 egg yolks
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks well, add milk and beat in lime juice until thickened. Pour into crust and place in freezer. Remove 15 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream.
Serves 6-8.
