Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 small box of fat free/sugar free instant vanilla flavored pudding
1 small box of fat free/sugar free instant banana cream flavored pudding
4 c. skim milk
1 tub of sugar free or fat free cool whip
1-2 bananas (depending on your preference)
1 box reduced fat vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine both boxes of instant pudding into a medium sized mixing bowl and add the 4 cups of skim milk. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to completely combine the milk and the pudding until there are no lumps. Cover this mixture and place it in the refrigerator until it is completely set up. (about an hour). After the pudding has set, take half of the tub of cool whip and fold it into the pudding until the mixture appears to be light and fluffy. Next, place a single layer of vanilla wafers in the bottom of a bowl or casserole dish. Cover this layer with some of the pudding mixture. For the next layer, slice the bananas thinly so that you have enough to cover the pudding layer. Repeat this layering order until you have almost filled the dish. The last two layers will be the rest of the cool whip topped with a single layer of the vanilla wafers. Cover the dish and refrigerate until you are ready to serve it.
Makes 6-8 servings.
