6 slices of white bread with crusts removed
1/2 stick margarine
2 c. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
5 eggs, beaten well with mixer
2 c. Half and Half cream
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage well, drain and set aside. Melt margarine in 9 X 13 Pyrex pan. Tear bread in small pieces and sprinkle over margarine. Sprinkle drained sausage over bread crumbs. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs and other ingredients; pour over mixture. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
