> 1/2 teaspoon salt
> 1/2 cup sugar
> 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
> 2 eggs
> 3/4 cup applesauce
> 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
> 1/2 cup sugar
> 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat 1/2 cup

> Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 15
