1 small chopped onion
2 chopped celery sticks
2 tbsp margarine
2 cups water
2 chicken poultion cubes (or 2 tbsp soup mix)
1/2 cup yogurt
3 cups cooked pumpkin
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp curry

Directions:

Saute celery and onions in margarine. Simmer 10 min until tender. Add
remaining ingredients and heat.
