1 can of Eagle’s Brand milk
1 can of milk
1 tsp. almond flavor
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the first 4 ingredients in a blender; pour into a greased Pyrex (rectangular) pan. Add pecans and coconut. Place the Pyrex inside a baking dish filled with water and bake at 300º for 40 minutes.
