8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup your favorite salsa
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

Put ingredients in a bowl and and stir well to incorporate. Serve with chips.

Cream cheese may be softened in the microwave by heating it at 50 percent for 1 minute.
