4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. milk (I use evaporated milk)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl beat together all ingredients.

Heat skillet seasoned with bacon drippings. Add eggs stirring constantly until very soft stage. Remove from skillet and serve. (The eggs will finish cooking after removing from skillet. Do not overcook.

If you prefer use butter or margarine instead of bacon drippings.
