1 unbaked pie crust
8 oz. shredded cheese (Swiss,cheddar,or mixed)
4 eggs or Eggbeaters
1 cup milk
Broccoli, slightly cooked and cooled
Combinations of diced ham, crumbled sausage and/or vegetables

Directions:
MIX: eggs and milk.LAYER alternately into unbaked pie crust: broccoli, diced ham and/or
other meat & vegetable combinations) and
cheese.POUR milk/egg over meat & vegetables and end with some cheese on top. BAKE at 350 about an hour. It will be really brown on top.
