Ingredients:  
1/3 c. olive oil
minced onions (optional)
minced peppers (opt.)
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. unconverted rice
1 T. chili powder
1 pkg. kielbasa
1 can beef broth
1 cup mushrooms, fresh or drained canned

Directions:
Directions:
Skin & thinly slice kielbasa.
Heat olive oil in large frying pan.
Saute onions, peppers, salt and pepper in olive oil.
Add rice and chili powder - Saute lightly.
Put into casserole dish.
Top with mushrooms and sausage.
Pour beef broth over all.
Cover tightly.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
