6 eggs, separated
3 c. sugar
juice of 3 lemons
(some grated rind, too)
1/2 cup milk

Directions:

Beat well the egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and zest. Add milk and mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to mixture. Pour into two unbaked pie crusts and bake slowly at 300º.
