6 Tbsp mayo
1 Tbsp honey
Bleu cheese to taste
1 Tbsp milk
Garlic powder to taste (I like about 1 tsp)

6 cups mixed baby greens
1 red pepper sliced finely
Lightly toasted chopped pecans
2 cups sliced red seedless grapes
Crumbled bleu cheese to taste

Make dressing and refrigerate as long as possible before serving. Toss salad ingredients and then dress just before serving.
