1 lb. cut-up round steak, flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
6 oz. can mushroomsm, drained save liquid
1 c. sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcesetshire sauce
6-8 drops Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1-7 oz. package spagetti/linquine (cooked)
Parmesan cheese

Flour meat, brown in fat. Add onion, garlic & mushrooms. Combine sour cream, soup, mushroom liquid & seasonings. Pour over meat. Simmer approx 1 hour in covered skillet. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
