1 cup grated parmesan cheese (best if freshly grated)

1 cup mayonnaise
1 6 ounce jar of artichoke hearts in water
3-4 dashes of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese. Drain artichoke hearts and finely chop. Combine grated parmesan cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and garlic salt. Spread into oven-safe baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve hot with pumpernickle bread or crackers.
