2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. crisco oil
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa (Hershey's)
1 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Icing:
1 stick butter
1 box confectioner's sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour pan. Sift all dry ingredients. Pour boiling water over dry ingredients. Add eggs and buttermilk last. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Bake at 350º F. for 45 minutes.
For icing, melt butter and add all ingredients. Cool slightly. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. Spread over warm cake.
