1 Lb. pork, diced
1 1/2 lb. broccoli floretts and sliced stems
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1-2 cloves minced garlic

Cooking Sauce:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 cup sherry
2 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare sauce and set aside. Heat wok or deep frying pan, add oil, and then garlic. Stir and add pork and fry until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add more oil and broccoli. Fry, stirring for 1-2 minutes until broccoli is deep green. Stir up sauce mixture, add to pan, and stir quickly until mixture is coated. Cover pan, shut off the heat, and allow sherry to penetrate for a couple of minutes. Serve over boiled rice.
