Whole chicken salt and pepper to taste 1 box stuffing mix 2 cans mushroom soup
Boil whole chicken until thoroughly cooked. Reserve 3 cups of broth. Cool, de-bone and skin and chop into bite size pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken, broth, mushroom soup and stuffing in crock pot. Simmer on low for about 1-2 hours and serve on a bun.
