2 lb. lean hamburger
1 egg
1 1/2 c. plain oatmeal
1 regular size jar mild salsa, chunky style
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a large bowl. If not moist enough add another egg, if too moist, add a bit more oatmeal. Place in glass or stoneware 2 quart baking dish and make an oval shaped loaf. Bake at 400 F. for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and drain grease as much as possible. Mix together 1 cup ketchup and 1/4 c. honey, pour over loaf and bake an additional 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
