1 8 (oz.) package Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
3 c. salad greens
3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
2 T. fresh basil, chopped

Dressing:
1/4 c. olive oil
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:
Mix vinegar, mustard, salt & pepper together. Add oil & whisk till blended.

Spread greens on a salad plate, cover with tomato slices. Arrange cheese slices on top of tomatoes. Drizzle dressing over salad. Sprinkle with basil
