1 large round steak
4 to 6 green onions
1 rib celery
1 large carrot
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. flour
4 tbsp. oil
1 ( 1.61 oz.) pkg brown gravy mix
1 c. dry red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon)

Directions:
Directions:
Score one side of the steak. Turn scored side down. Sprinkle inside with seasoning. Arrange white part of onions, carrot, and celery lengthwise in the center of the steak. Roll and fasten with skewers or toothpicks. Dip the rolled steak in flour and quickly brown in hot oil. Transfer to baking pan. Prepare gravy mix according to package directions; add wine and pour over the steak. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350º for 2 hours.
To serve: Remove the skewers or toothpicks and slice meat on the diagonal.
