4 eggs 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 6 slices white bread, buttered 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Beat eggs with milk, salt, and dry mustard. Tear the bread into cubes. (I remove the crusts first.) Spread the bread pieces in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Pour egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
