1 lb bacon
1 onion
1 pt. half and half
2 cans mushrooms (optional)
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 jar Kraft Old English sharp cheese
1 c. raw wild rice (3 c. cooked or 2 cans of Conoe precooked wildrice)


Directions:

Fry the bacon until crisp and crumble into small pieces. Combine all ingredients in a pot. (This is very thick. Use skim milk to thin.) Heat.
