2 c mayonaise
3 T prepared mustard
2 T vinegar
1 T horseradish
1 t salt
peas
ham

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 2 c mayonaise, 3 T prepared mustard, 2 T vinegar, 1 T horseradish, 1 t salt and a few dashes hot pepper sauce. Fold into 10 cups thawed frozen green peas (3-2 oz bags) and 6 cups diced ham. Garnish with sliced gr onions. Or mix them in.
