1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
2-3 lb. boneless country style pork ribs
1 (18 oz.) bottle honey barbecue sauce
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion in a 5 qt. slow cooker. Top with the ribs.

Combine the pepper, salt, mustard, syrup and barbecue sauce; pour over ribs.

Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until the meat is tender.
