1 1/2 cups sour cream 1/3 cup of picante sauce 2 tsp of lemon juice 1 (7 oz) can medium shrimp drained or fresh shrimp 1 (4 oz) can sliced ripe olives drained (green or black) 1 hard boiled egg finely chopped 1 package Italian salad dressing mix
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; stir until well blended. Cover and chill. Serve with pita chips. Makes 2 3/4 cups.
