1 lb. ground beef
1 *8 oz.) pkg. narrow egg noodles
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 ( 8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Add the tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. Put 1/2 of the noodles in bottom of lightly greased casserole dish. Pour meat sauce in. Top with mixture of cream cheese and sour cream. Add the remaining noodles and top with grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350º F.
