48 oz. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 stick margarine or butter
1 pt. whipping cream
seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
In 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange 1/2 of the potatoes, sprinkle with seasoned salt, and slices of 1/2 stick of the margarine. Repeat with potatoes, salt and margarine. Pour whipping cream over potatoes. Bake at 350º F. for 1 hour.
